Cairo will witness over three days a very intensive and compact number of activities celebrating the Danish contemporary Music Scene with the renowned Athelas Sinfonietta Ensemble, the wonderful cellist and artist Alexandra Hallen as well as several video productions by Rikke Benborg and the animation production ‘ Marin’ based on a huge symphonic composition by perhaps the most established Danish composer Axel Borup-Jørgensen directed by Morten Bartholdy. The Festival will present another composition by Axel Borup-Jørgensen ´´ Coast of Sirens ´´ based on works by Hans Abrahamsen and Christian Winther Christensen who will be present in the festival providing an opportunity for audiences and scholars to talk to him about his music. Also, a number of younger Danish composers are featured on the program, such as Simon Steen-Andersen (Study for string #1, #2, #3 / cello and video), Jexper Holmen (Vespa Crabro / cello and electronics) and Kaj Duncan David (5 pieces for Violoncello and lights) with lights that are controlled via analysis of performance data. Simon Løffler Gradual and also Alexandra Hallen will present some of her creations for Video and Cello.

سوف تشهد القاهرة على مدار أربع أيام عدد مكثف من الفعاليات تحتفل بمشهد الموسيقى المعاصرة في الدنمارك مع أحد أهم المجاميع المتخصصة على الساحة الأوروبية أتيلاس سمفونيتا و عازفة التشيلو والفنانة ألكسندرا هالن وعدد من عروض أفلام فنية للفنانة ريكا بنبورج وفيلم الأنيماشن “مارن” الحاءذ. . على جوائز عدة و المبنى على عمل سيمفوني كبير لربما أحد أهم المؤلفين الدنماركيين وهو أكسل بروب يورجنسون ومن إخراج مورتن برتولدى . كما سيقدم أيضا مؤلفة أخرى للمؤلف زاتة فى حفل أتياس سينفونيتا الى جانب مؤلفات هاينز أبراهامسن وكريستيان فنتر كريستيانسن والذي سوف يحل ضيفا على المهرجان ونتيح الفرصة للجمهور والطلبة الأكاديميين للتحدث إليه وطرح الأسئلة . كم يقدم فى المهرجان عدد كبير من المؤلفات للمؤلفين الدنماركين المتواجدين بكثافة على الساحة الدولية كسيمون ستين اندرسن و دراسة الوتريات رقم ١،٢،٣ للتشيلو المنفرد وفيديو وياسبر هولمن للتشيلو و الوسائط الإليكترونية وخمس مقطوعات للتشيلو و الاضواء التى تتفاعل بشكل مرتبط بالحركة و الصوت المباشر وسيمون لوفللر جرادول كما تقدم عازفة التشيلو ألكساندرا هالن أحد أحدث أعمالها للتشيلو والفيديو التفاعلي
